      Smaller company with a Blue-Chip outlook. Very progressive management with a real intention to win. Friendly helpful people who are proud in what they do. A place where you feel that you can make a difference

      Cons

      You have to do more yourself and manage processes. Not a lot of people have heard of Tintri, so a harder sell.
