      Most unintelligent breed of managers, called 'people managers'. Hiring them and paying them more than engineers is just cruel!

      Pros

      Amazing team of smart, dedicated, "no ego" employees. An exciting time for the company, with an incredible list of customers and innovative products. We are just on the cusp of big breakthroughs.

      Cons

      None. For those who aren't used to the pace of a start-up, it may seem tough, and there may be less processes in place than they are used to. But that is part of the magic of a start-up... we get to innovate and create as we go.
