      Pros

      Employees are passionate about what they do. I am new to the company and find my co-workers to be nice, enthusiastic about their jobs and committed to the company and its direction. I love that the CEO has implemented a "no jerks" policy. People are easy to approach and will listen and be helpful. I'm encouraged and inspired to excel at my job and to be a major contributor to Tintri's success.

      Pros

      There's nothing better than being able to represent a product that you truly believe in, and gets prospects/customers excited to buy. The opportunity to achieve great success is in front of each of us, and many are doing very well. Most importantly, the leadership team is very approachable, very talented, and realistic with a firm push to succeed. I work with a whole lot of happy people.

      Cons

      Common growing pains of a start-up, although Tintri is becoming quite mature these days. Collateral, channel growth takes time, although Tintri is committed to the channel.
