11yThank you for the great feedback. The 'balance' mentioned in this review is really important. Yes, there's a sense of urgency and at times things are overwhelming... but yes, your colleagues are kind, open and supportive. Thanks in part to our strict 'No Jerks' policy at Tintri, there's very clear recognition that we're all in this together.

11yYou had us at "exciting projects". We just held our end-of-term Intern BBQ earlier this week and as the interns described their experiences the recurring theme was "wow -- Tintri gave me so much responsibility!" We're all about creating opportunities for people to take ownership of high-profile, high-impact projects.
