      Pros

      This place is the real deal. The products are superb - disruptive and of the highest quality. Just as impressive is the culture; the "no jerk" policy is real, communicated from the top and practiced. The management team are all approachable and I really believe that Tintri are proving that you can be successful in business whilst remaining ethical.

      Cons

      Genuinely haven't found any yet - Tintri is an emerging company, so the infrastructure and network of partners is developing, but as long as you understand that it is just a brilliant place to work.

      The Best product on the market, really different technology that is becoming better known. All the customers are happy and there is a good culture, great people and the Company is growing fast.

      Cons

      Work life balance doesn’t really exist at the moment. Everyone is running fast and working very hard. it goes with the territory of building a new Company.
