Business Outlook
Pros
An incredibly ethical company selling the most revolutionary storage technology currently available. A real enabling and fair culture which is driven from the very top and propagated throughout the company - this delivers the best both for and from it's employees. Also Tintri is a place that really does favour and reward hard work and commitment.
Cons
Sometimes the office (which is very nice) can be a little quiet - as the company has grown it has become a busier and more lively place to be but due to the nature of sales teams being field based the office can on occasion feel relatively deserted. This will of course continue to improve with the inevitable continued growth of Tintri
