      Pros

      There's nothing better than being able to represent a product that you truly believe in, and gets prospects/customers excited to buy. The opportunity to achieve great success is in front of each of us, and many are doing very well. Most importantly, the leadership team is very approachable, very talented, and realistic with a firm push to succeed. I work with a whole lot of happy people.

      Cons

      Common growing pains of a start-up, although Tintri is becoming quite mature these days. Collateral, channel growth takes time, although Tintri is committed to the channel.

      Pros

      Every one of the 400 employees plays a strong role in this company. Each employee understands the strong differentiation of the technology, and how it is delivered. I see constant activity on a daily basis—it feels like movers are transporting the best features and benefits to the organizations that can gain value and can reap valuable returned time.

      Cons

      The market is saturated with storage vendors, some of which will fall away in several months.
