      Pros

      Tintri is a great company due to the people. People here at Tintri listen and do. Management which follows the open-door policy, is informing you what is going on in the company just the right amount. I like the nanny company balance for free food, like Monday lunch and Friday beer bash, but you're not expected to spend all your time on campus.

      Cons

      I personally do not like open cramped seating.

      Pros

      Everyday at the office is full of energy and excitement. This is what originally attracted me to Tinti and it never fades. Everyone truly loves coming to work. Managers at every level support you and provide you with all the resources for success. Some of the best managers I have ever worked for. It's truly a fantastic place to work and couldn't be happier with my decision to work at Tintri! The work hard play hard atmosphere brings out the best in everyone.
