Pros

- Amazing office culture (coming into work doesn't feel like work) - Great compensation /benefits - Helpful colleagues - Free food - Unlimited vacation days - Room for growth - Management is always offering opportunities to train /better ourselves - Caters to employees' needs always (equipment, tools, etc.) - Everyone has a voice (whether you're big or small) - No office drama = efficient team projects

Cons

There is sometimes a lack of infrastructure with it being a growing business. But since I've been here, I can tell there as been some improvements in this area.

I can't imagine a better workplace, in all regards...except maybe the Google offices, which are really cool.

Cons

As an Elite employee, your compensation directly benefits from the success and growth of the accounts you manage. As a result, you have the mindset of a business owner and will do whatever it takes to make sure the companies you are working with are profiting, which is very time-consuming.

Pros

Start up, entrepreneurial atmosphere where you can truly grow professionally. The only limits at Elite are the ones you place on yourself. You have the opportunity to get more hands on experience in multiple channels, which is quite unusual at most agencies.

Cons

There is a lack of infrastructure due to being a start up, but things are shaping up nicely.
