Innovative, Clear vision on what it takes to be successful and how each employee contributes, Robust tools and systems to be collaborative and efficient at your job

Cons

Primarily remote, which is not for everyone, and is going through an evolution that requires a large part of the employees to level up their thinking and approach on how to do things

They tend hire really talented folks, and the pay perks/benefits are pretty good.

Cons

The creative department is kindof ignored and forgotten. They work you pretty hard, and designers aren't given much insight and context into performance.
