      - Micromanagement - Managers within the Development org do not have enough sales experience to be managers. Unable to relate, lead by example or train entry level sales professionals - Minimal training, get dev reps to train each other because management are not experienced enough themselves - Controlling behavior and jealousy is ripe - Undermining of other peoples success - Peers do not like it when other people work differently
