      Tough grind but can pay off if your territory is good

      Pros

      Great office, solid people for the most part and lots of team events. Leadership is friendly and easy to talk to, company looks after you well in terms of perks/benefits and has the potential to be a truly great product once all the kinks are ironed out

      Cons

      Expect a lot more prospecting than advertised, extremely technical product, small territories, opaque commission structure that is paid out in gates that can take a year after the sale to pass.

      Very old tech: c#, aspx, monolith, SOAP??? Low salary

      Thank you for your review. In the past, we have used aspx and other technologies that are considered old today. At the time, these technologies were up-to-date and served us well. These days, we are using a set of different modern tech stacks across the company, utilizing each stack's latest features. I invite you to drop by the office for a coffee.       The salary is not so high, I guess it's common issue on companies - to make real change on salary you have to go to another company
