base salary is ok for BDRs. Benefits are pretty good. The people you'll work with are cool and the knowledge you'll gain in fintech can be valuable.

Cons

the sales structure itself is super weird. No one hits their variable so it's just used as fluff to make offers look a lot bigger than they are. Sales management is far more interested in their own career goals than they are in supporting their team's goals.
