The people there are good, pay looks high but no one really hits

Cons

Terrible leadership. They don’t trust the employees at all. You’re basically a glorified receptionist because of the way sequences are set up. No autonomy, no creativity allowed. The sales org structure as a whole is just terrible and makes no sense. They’re really shooting themselves in the foot
