I've been here over a year and a half and we've grown a lot. Our customers seem very happy in how we operate and the value we deliver. Being around the Valley. I've never seen anything like Tipalti in 20 years in terms of the right solution at the right time. It's rewarding to work with non-ego driven people, but also for a company you can be proud of -- one that's built on ethics and reason and sound business decision making. The relationship between sales and marketing is collaborative and quite strong.
Cons
The biggest challenge for the company is getting the word out to a nascent, underserved accounts payable and financial operations market and conveying that message as a pain that needs solving. At the same time, it means there's a really wide greenfield of opportunity. While Palo Alto's downtown is a great area for walkability and restaurants, the commute in and out of University Ave. from SF and the South Bay is horrible. The office can be a little noisy because there's a lot of people in a small space. Thankfully, I like pretty much everyone.
