      Pros

      Great company and product. The agility of the company and the service puts it leaps and bounds ahead of others in this FinTech space. The quality and intelligence of individuals working here are impressive and there's a very open helpful culture conducive to learning. Its a pleasure to sell this service and the imminent changes will only improve it.

      Cons

      As with many startups, processes are evolving and so may not be very clear or may change suddenly. That can be hard to keep up with so this is not a company for those that cannot handle change well.

      Pros

      Great sales managers who listen and help when the newbies have questions. Truly an open door policy with upper management. New office space is nice and spacious. Lunch provided twice a week and a monthly happy hour. Pay is fine for my role and benefits are good.

      Cons

      It's a start-up so things are constantly changing. The product is good but hard to explain to certain people and explain the pain we solve.

      Pros

      Not only do I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with, but I feel like my work actually matters - has a direct impact on the business - and that I am part of shaping a great company. I've worked at many young companies but never felt as confident that the company is going to make it big - world domination we call it! At Tipalti, I know, without a doubt, that we have enough talented and passionate folks to make it happen.

      Cons

      We are growing really fast - hiring a lot of sales folks at once - so everyone has to be agile and adaptable. However, I believe we are handling it well and that this is a good sign of business growth.
