Out of touch CEO and executive leaders. Constant complaining about needing to cut spending but senior leaders/execs are still receiving insanely high yearly bonuses. Constant pushing for AI that will continue to contribute to more layoffs down the road, while client and employee compaints on the product itself continue to be ignored. There is blatant favoritism where people receive massive increases/promotions while others are frequently overlooked. There is an air of cliquey top talent in a very small, very exclusive pool that receives better treatment and monetary benefits than others. Promotions are dolled out to this top group, while others get left behind if you don't make it into leadership's special qualifications. It feels like senior leadership always has something secret up their sleeve. Oh and while the company takes the official stance that it never takes sides politically, it is, at its core, an Israeli company so beware of that. The CEO has not been quiet about his support for the IDF.
