People and atmosphere - amazing. work life balance is very good, work is chill.

Cons

Salary is low compared to market and TC is not very good. Company is very cheap, you get bad laptops that hinder your work on a daily basis and they do nothing about it. The most important thing- layoffs are common. they recruit and lay off people just after a few months, no future for this place unfortunately.

If you want to get laid off permanently or get a toxic workplace go ahead. Extremely prejudiced and bad management and HR department. Work place bullying by people recruited after the 2023 layoffs. The ceo is a typically ruthless and corrupt person who is constantly looking out for similar people
