It is a job that pays the bills.

Cons

- Turnover is incredibly high - Lack of data integrity in general - Company is very top heavy. I see a lot of "managers" and very few "leaders." Prepare to be micromanaged. - The org structure is messy and nonsensical to accommodate leadership fat - Attendance reports are always inaccurate... And they track attendance - Old school mentality - Old computers that are very slow and break often
