Good people mostly, and they invest a lot in sales enablement ensuring employees have all the tools they need to be successful.

Cons

Product market fit is gradually declining - one of the biggest closed/lost reasons is product gap. It's usually the same rep who hit quota (territory advantage) while the majority just watch them get recognition. They have moved some accounts to manager's name for round robin - this confirms the inequitable territory most reps were dealt with.
