      Other ICs are top top people and very talented. Strong benefits (except parental leave). Good base pay. Plenty of tools (maybe too many). Nice office and location.

      Cons

      - Quota attainment is heavily dependent on luck - Extreme variation in inbound lead flow with some getting 75+ inbounds in a year to some getting 0 - Quota is same for everyone but opportunities aren't - You dont get paid 100% of commission until the customer reaches 100% of the ARR value that could take upto 1 year - Company is on a downward trajectory
