Pros

There are some fantastic people working here. The culture is genuinely positive, collaborative, and supportive. I have enjoyed working with many smart and driven colleagues. The company’s long term outlook is promising, especially with ambitions to IPO. Annual raise reviews are a positive aspect, and compensation is fair overall. There are good opportunities to learn and grow, particularly if you are proactive.

Cons

Compensation is average and could be more competitive relative to industry standards. The company has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs within a short period, which has created uncertainty and impacted morale. At times, there seems to be a lack of alignment within the executive team, which can result in shifting priorities and a somewhat scattered strategic direction.

Pros

Only one I can think of is lunch provided on office days. Used to have some great talent but everyone who knows better is gone now

Cons

- Layoffs are unfortunately a part of the tech sales world nowdays. The issue here is they happen A LOT and they seem unnecessarily cruel in the way they're carried out. Morale amongst employees is extremely low and there's no such thing as culture anymore - Comp package & benefits are just okay, low end of the market. The issue is comp structure simply does not allow you to make money, typically takes over a year to see your % and that's if you're lucky. Closing a deal is less than half the battle, most deals don't end up even going live - Tons of small product gaps that make it so your success purely depends on luck if you land one of those niche perfect use cases in your territory - Middle mgmt is okay but has no influence or power to change anything or help you. The best they can say is just keep dialing and schedule call blocks which in 2026 is frankly ridiculous. Not kidding - you are micromanaged on how many dials you make as an AE daily.
