Pros

Anyone without a manager title are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Long hours, pay is not that good since you have to work over time every week because your hourly pay is way below industry standard. Managers do not care about employees. They put “the needs of the business” over employee mental and physical health. There is at least 3-4 days a week I don’t get a lunch break. It’s clear they don’t care because after 7 years I put in my 2 week notice and no one reached out to figure out why. I mean the turnover rate is so high anyways why would they care.

Pros

Good group of people to work with at store level.

Cons

It felt like the care for employees didn’t go past the store level. Each pay plan change, felt like less and less money the store level employees would make.
