Access to best equipment but not best technicians

Cons

Techs can't do work sold properly. Alignments aren't being done but being sold. That tire techs like trash but they are the most important workers in the store.

Struggling to get employees in the office or corporate to stick. Seems to only want yes men instead of real leaders
