Our field management support team runs deep starting with the General Manager, Regional Manager, HR Business Partner to the Regional Director and VP of Sales. They are all in the stores often and would have been eager to ensure you were in a friendly, mentoring environment that would help you on your way through your career path. We want all of our employees happy, well trained and advancing in their career. We pride ourselves on having the very best equipment in the industry and rely on our great store staff to flag if there are any issues. Repair requests go direct to the partner that makes the equipment – we cut out the middle man. Sometimes repairs take some time but our vendors understand our commitment to our customers and have the same sense of urgency to get you back up and running.
