Pay is very solid, job is relatively simple and clear.

Cons

For better or worse, Store Generals Managers make all the difference. Great managers make great stores, and bad ones make awful stores.

Pitiful pay, lack of care.

Many of the people you meet are great, and flexible with you

Cons

The pay is mediocre at best per the pay scale they use. Also the new guy the company brought in that over sees the district is a 9ussy (we will call him DG), he is terrified to say anything to your face and always makes someone else do the dirty work. Such as pay reductions, let goes, ect. Acts as though if you don't bend the knee to him then you're unworthy to work with the company, and will do anything to get rid of you
