Monthly bonuses when you CAN achieve your goals

Cons

Everything. All staff members are lazy & incompetent. No motivation. Regional managers & corporate staff up your ish for not hitting your monthly goals (which increase by 30% from previous year). Pay isn't enough. The hours are long. Frequent inventories, pointless meetings...... not sure if anyone actually cares. Go to a real establishment should you want to sell tires or automotive repair.

They'll take advantage of you every chance they get, ask for a raise because you're going above and beyond what is asked of you, even if you're not making what they promised originally, not gonna happen.
