Level of support from upper management. Support in building customer relations. Pay was consistent, if any errors happened it was corrected promptly.

Long hours per day. No break schedule.

Great benefits, Great Costumers, stores well located.

Cons

Pay plan changes every year, 4 new bosses in 4 years. Not much internal advancement opportunity, (most store managers are hired in work at other stores until they learn the system,1 - 3 months and then given a store)
