Pros

- Collaborative environment - Leadership that listens - A company culture that doesn't take itself too seriously Those are just my top 3. If you're looking to join a growing organization that values you and wants you to succeed, this is it.

Cons

There has been some turnover and teams have grown quickly to match the growth of the company. It does seem like the culture has recently changed for the better and turnover has slowed considerably. I personally like being in the office, but I could see that some folks may not like the in person requirement that Home Office has.

Though my time with Tire Discounters has not been long, I already see myself growing within this company. The management team has been supportive since the interview process. From my first day, every employee I interacted with (even from various departments) had a smile on their face and was excited to greet me! I'm excited to grow with a company that allows me to be myself while investing in my career goals!
