Not so family like they say

They’ll pay you decent. Bonuses were good

Cons

Don’t plan on seeing your family. They speak of being family owned but that’s only a perk if you are part of the Wood family. They’ll call and tell you two days before your off day that they need you to work your off day. At hire they’ll tell you everything you want to hear and then go back and say they can’t honor what they told you. Very back door favoritism style management. They’ll build you up just to turn around and step on you.
