Less pay more work I think the people who run this company have no clue what the people under them are doing. It's getting ran into the ground.

Not a good place to work

Pros

As a sales floor associate you get your regular paycheck and also a commission bonus that starts out at 6%.

Cons

Very poorly managed. If the service manager thinks she might make an extra dime she will completely pile up the work orders for that day knowing there won't be time to get it all done, and then the sales associate is left to deal with the angry customer just because the service manager is greedy. At the location where I worked the mechanics were supposedly certified but tore up more than they fixed.
