Pros

The people at TD are the best in the business. Seriously. It's great to get to work with so many smart and passionate people. I have lifelong friends and have sent so many of my friends and family to come to TD for their service. The work is challenging and rewarding. I get great feedback on both what I do well, as well as improvement opportunities for me. Then, I get the support I need to continue to get better at my job. The pay seems to be the best in the industry too!

Cons

Same cons as in every retail position. It would be nice to sleep in on Black Friday every once in a while, but we're up selling tires at the crack of dawn. At least at TD, they make it fun and exciting!

Pros

Paid weekly and co workers are great! Sundays off

Cons

No vacation time, only paid time off, over worked under paid, poor management, poor commission rates.... I got pushed to the ground by a service manager, he physically put his hands on me and due to this I was the one let go because I pushed over a computer which didn't break nothing happened to it at all.. However I suffered a huge scrape on my arm from hitting the pavement and muscle spasms in my forearm, this manager had past history of hitting employees.. I know I shouldn't have touched the computer but I was highly upset for being pushed down and didn't want to put my hands on him back in fear of losing my job... Got let go anyways now I wish I would've went for him instead of the computer.. Did I mention he got to keep his job with no reprimand??? Would not suggest working for them
