Pros

Weekly pay Clean office work space Convenient to express ways Great manager

Cons

Upper managment & regular office staff morale is low Definitely can tell the difference between departments Too many employees for the same job Work load is off balance A lot of influences for discussion making makes it difficult to apply new ideas Slow progress for improvement of job duties and responsibilities Bonus program for retail staff only and/or maybe SVP & VP's and not hourly staff

Pros

Sundays off, pretty much it...

Cons

Where do I start? They're con people. They told me as a tire tech i could make up to $13/hour plus commission, which sounds good... except you start at $9/hour which is lower than what the sales reps make, it takes over a year to get to $13/hour (T5), and the "commission" they promise is basically non existent for tire techs. I talked to one of the T5s at my store and he said all year he'll make about $600 in commission, that mechanics and sales reps are really the ones who get it. There are no breaks, you can just get a snack every now and then when you want, no where to sit, and no break rooms.
