Pros
I have been with the company now almost 6 years and most of the people I work with are like family to me now. There are many opportunities in working with tires discounters such as moving up the ladder and bettering yourself with the company. I like working on cars and doing my part to ensure everything is good for the customers and doing it the way tire discounters has taught me you can never go wrong. It is a growing company and its only getting better. I go to work every day knowing I'm doing something I like to do. So if you like working hard and getting credit for a job well done and good people to work for get a job here.
Cons
I wish they could do better about the commission for tire techs cause the percentage of money we make for the jobs is hardly worth it. There should be more company wide activities.
