Pros

Corporate structure is beneficial to consumers because the experience at each store is similar. Large company, so financial backing of each store was sufficient. Bonuses available to management for hitting incentive-based goals.

Cons

Very high turnover among lower level employees. Base pay is below average and has been decreasing every year for the past 5 years. Incentive bonuses much lower than prior years. A lot of micro-management.

Pros

I worked here because I was referred to the position by a friend. The position I had was full-time and the hourly wages also included commission. So, the harder you worked and the more sales you have the more money you made.

Cons

If you don't like dealing with people, don't work here. This is a very customer service heavy position. When someone trusts you with their most prized possession, their automobile, they will be very upset. I don't have anything bad to say about the company, I enjoyed working there and the management seemed to care about the all employees.
