decent flat rate pay, decent vacation benefits

Cons

not all jobs are paid at the hired Flat rate fee. very little company technical training. only 3 holidays off a year. generally unqualified lower level management with abusive upper level management that creates a very unpleasant and unmotivating atmosphere.

I have worked for them for a while. Though budgets long Hrs and no support from corporate.

The company has good benefits. And a nation wide network.

Cons

Long hrs . Relentless over the top budgets. Corporate bosses who don't have a clue about the real world. The mark up grid on parts is insane.The pay is very low at the store level across the board. The new people who are running the company run the stores as if they were Starbucks not garages.
