Pros

Good work life balance and pay was I on par with similar companies.

Cons

Budgets are like throwing darts at a board. Too many changes, always flavor of the month.

Pros

Overtime pay happens often, get in shape quickly, you can listen to music while you work

Cons

You'll often have to work overtime, always smell like tires, below average pay relative to competitors, and injury will put you out of work.

Pros

Very few pros working in their favor quite honestly.

Cons

The cons list is considerably longer. The company is doing everything it can to drive away customers and employees. They are continually seeking "Goldie Locks" customers who are willing to pay higher than market prices for market equivalent products and services. The hours of operation can also be ridiculous for anyone raising a family. The average store is often under equipped, under staffed, and lacks significant repair experience to efficiently do their jobs.
