Pros

None whatsoever, unless you are already dishonest, unethical, or just plain desperate for a low paying grind!

Cons

Non ASC, shade tree mechanics(they advertise that mechanics are certified). Minimum wage tire techs that are worked half to death and are taught to push various fluid exchanges and alignments that are not needed. Ex-cons on the counter, in management, and back shop including techs that steal from cars and unscrupulous mechanics that are basically pressured by corporate to condemn every car that comes in!

Pros

This company has some of the better automotive training available through their corporate partnerships.

Cons

You are a number in this company. You will be worked until you drop or quit and they do not care.

Pros

There are no pro's to working here at all.

Cons

Very long hours 55+ a week. I was expected to work from 8-7, 6 days a week and get every other Sunday off. On top of that I almost never got a lunch break. Was told that customers were more important then me eating lunch. One day I wasn't allowed a lunch and was getting dizzy so I left 5 minutes early. They were furious that I left 5 minutes early, but didn't care at all the I wasn't ALLOWED a lunch. This company is a joke. The only people who have it made there are managers. Our store and service manager were barely there 40 hours a week, and don't do anything at all other then sit around and talk to each other all day about non-work related stuff. They will tell you how its so easy to move up in the company, they are lying, you only get management if you know someone high up. There is no time for a life outside of work, the pay is terrible, the health insurance is terrible. This company in general is terrible. They don't care about the non-management people at all. They only care about making money and screw everyone else.
