Pros

Respect for realistic time in life. A good level of understanding about being late and time off. Moderate respect for the reasonable amount of sales taken over by management. Although more couldn't hurt.

Cons

The position requires working many hours to make a reasonable income. Definitely not a position that would be reasonable for a single income family, and only moderate for a dual income family.

Pros

If you like the Automotive field and customer interaction this i a great place to work.

Cons

Too many pencil puchers at the desks making decisions. I know they had to make the shareholders happy, but they are setting themselfs up to fail. It will happen in the not so dsitant future.

Pros

They will pay you every 2 weeks salary plus comission.

Cons

You WILL work 70++ hours EVERY WEEK!! You will have no sleep, your health will fail and you may lose your job unexpectedly. You will recieve minnimal training and less support from management. If policy changes and your district manager does not tell you, you're screwed and they'll do NOTHING to help your cause.
