the people you work with are nice and the hours aren't to bad

Cons

you never get a raise no matter how hard you work and you are only a number to them, they do not appreciate good workers and want you to make all the money for them, they make excuses on why you don't get all of your commissions even though you reach their goals

It's a job, really that's it.

Cons

Bo training for new employees. Mavis keeps switching suppliers so we can never get the shop supplies needed. Upper management is a joke and drives most of the good techs and mechanics away. Pay is anything but competitive a d they give every excuse under the sun to avoid giving deserves pay increases.
