Pros

There is no pros over any other Tire Corporation.

Cons

The worst part about the job is the pay. Hourly $15.00 plus 1% commission is a joke. Work on a car that pays 3 hours labor, you get like $4.50 when the labor rate is 149.99. That's $1.50 more per hour only on those hours. It's a joke and insault to mechanics. Warranty work is FREE! Mechanic does NOT get paid. If they discount the price for the customer it also brings down the pay for the technician... nice huh? The bogey's are unreasonable and a socialistic setup as far as pay goes. All employees make the same about within 1 dollar of pay.
