Confused with the useless management

The experience I gain will always be useful for a career in this industry.

I've always felt stressed and confused ever since I started working here at Tire Kingdom. As a sales associate, I was never given the right resources and support by the management. Most of the things I've learned here I've learned from my experienced co-workers. I don't think the leadership is doing its job at all.

Rising pressure is a sign of poor management

Pros

Working with cars was always my passion and I got to enjoy it here. I would have stayed long if things were right.

Cons

Upper management is doing a terrible job. They increase employee pressure and ask them to take on more work. Their awful attitude led to stressed, exhausted, and physically/mentally/emotionally drained employees who were looking for a way out. I found mine and left for good. You can do the same or avoid this headache altogether!
