Pros

No pros. They offer empty promises!

Cons

Will use the used car salesman tactic to get you to sign a contract. They will promise you everything and the world. I accepted a contract that was suppose to be a weekend shift. After I drove 21 hours to get to the job, found out that I would be working evening shift monday thru friday and the pay was 1/2 of what was promised.
