      Very collegiate environment. met some really cool people passionate about building things from the ground up

      bro-ey culture, felt like there was an overemphasis to constantly be a part of social events

      Pros

      Great product, great culture, great leadership. Interesting technology choices. Company is shifting to event-driven architectures which would be a good learning experience.

      Cons

      Becoming heavily Product-lead, with engineering often ignored in roadmap discussions. In other words "Get this feature out as fast as possible" often wins arguments vs "let's reduce our tech debt or invest in these areas for greater return later"
