      Pros

      Toast really takes care of their employees. They value uniqueness and demand inclusion. While working from home, they make sure everyone is still able to stay connected. It's by far the best culture I've ever worked in.

      Cons

      Remote work doesn't allow as much socializing

      Finally Found My Dream Job!

      * Company Culture * Inclusive is not just a catch phrase * Competitive salaries * Excellent benefits * Unlimited PTO (and they truly encourage using it) * Did I mention the culture? It is AMAZING!!!

      Cons

      * Workloads are a bit stretched thin currently but it is getting better * Finding info and right people when you are new can be a little tough
