      Pros

      The product really is the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Shrinking territories. A lot of reps struggling due to this. Has become a grind and tenured reps are leaving. Lack of support and tough customer base leads to a lot of BS falling on the AE team. Teach new reps the product instead of just Sandler
