      Great Top End Potential, but slipping

      Pros

      Earning potential is there, but it is a grind, and not all territories, managers, or other circumstances are equitable. As a whole though, it's good if you are early in your career and looking to add a solid name to the resume while learning some good skills along the way

      Cons

      The Squeeze from the top has exceeded what innovation can continue to do, and the customers and those nearest them are no longer as keen on the value.

      Pros

      Great experience, liked the two different departments and teams I worked on and with.

      Cons

      A little bit of a corny (for lack of a better word) culture. Some team calls in my first position I felt like I was spoken to or treated like a child, not in a rude way but in an immature, odd, way.

      Since going Public, the employees have lost so many perks.

      Pros

      It's steady job, so the pay is usually okay.

      Cons

      Constant changes in procedure and policy, so keeping up with everything is a serious challenge. Forced Shift bids. Most perks have been taken away. Real lack of community though they constantly say the culture is their biggest priority.
