      Pros

      Good benefits Restaurants are great to work with Some exceptional coworkers Work life balance generally but depends on the team. My coworkers are burnt out

      -Lack of focus -Constantly changing priorities -Design leadership doesn't understand research and basic UX principles -Lack of management support in favor of individualistic, entrepreneurial approach -Returning to office based on founder preference -Trying to scale but clinging to startup mindset and building no infrastructure

      great benefits but at a cost

      Pros

      benefits are fantastic, the job itself is usually straight forward, most employees are nice.

      Cons

      management is absolutely terrible from all sides. there is never communication until something has already changed. some teams are super cliquey and if management doesn't like you, you're looked over for all opportunities. the standards aren't held the same for everyone, some people definitely get away with not working because they're friends with management.
