Pros
About 1 year in at Toast. Will update if things change - Honestly, great emphasis on management, thought slightly dependent on who your manager is. My first manager wasn't terrific, but my current manager is interested in my growth/development, doesn't micromanage but is supportive where needed, provides insight/transparency into higher level goals.. just all around great - Big challenges to work on, but that's what keeps it interesting!
Cons
- There has been a lot of turnover since I joined (all but 1 of the senior (Director and above) team members I worked/collaborated with in my first 6 months is no longer with the company
