Pros

Everyone is genuinely nice and willing to help. They try to offer as much as they can outside of compensation to keep employees happy. Upper management makes themselves available and easy to reach out to if you are having issues. Overall great place to work.

Cons

This company doesn’t pay as well as other tech companies. They give you salary based on a national average and don’t take into account where you live.

Pros

- Company culture, even remote was wonderful - Good benefits - Great product resources for employees and clients - Leadership/management seemed genuine - Willing to invest in building tools to ease job functionality

Cons

- Not the most desirable customers to work with/ often demanding/unresponsive/ or tempered - Pay is not competitive - Role is very demanding. Need to be proficient in MANY tools, along with proprietary content and hardware/ networking. This often made it hard to deliver what the role asked - Goals were unobtainable - Lack of resources for internal processes

Pros

culture pay unlimited PTO plenty of growth opportunities fast paced and always growing

Cons

Customer service is a focus, but still needs improvement Reps have a lot of responsibilities such as normal new business sales, but also tend to wind up doing account management and customer support related activities. I enjoy it, but would love for customer support to be able to handle customer needs more effectively. (Toast has made this a huge focus) Quote generation process needs to be streamlined and improved.
